Virtuoso Creative Works

The primary focus of Virtuoso Creative Works is to design for competitive marching bands and drum corps across North America and Asia. The company's lead designer, George Hester, has 10 years experience as a drill designer, having written over 70 custom drills, and has over 20 years involvement with the marching activity and performing arts.

Drill design is one of the most important aspects of a competitive marching group and George brings a unique flavor to the activity with his talent and creativity in visual design. His attention to detail, careful score studying and dedication to produce at the highest level are only a few of the many strengths that George possesses that have helped him become a successful and respected designer in the activity. Many of his bands have received awards at state, national and international levels, with several programs who have medaled at BOA Regional competitions and state finals.

Beginning in the fall of 2011 there will be several wind book arrangements and original shows composed by George that will be available for purchase in time for the 2012 competition season.
